In classic Rider Waite Smith tarot decks, this tarot card shows a young man, sportily dressed, on a hill with drawn sword. Has has no scabbard for the sword. It looks like he borrowed someone's sword to wave a little in the air. A Highly Sensitive hyper aware individual with a BIG nervous system that takes in everything, sees everything, hears everything. He is full of ideas, observations, confrontations, points, rhetoric and verbal duels.
In classic Rider Waite Smith tarot decks, the Ten of Swords shows a man with ten swords at his back. His blood is pouring out of his body. He's had everything he can handle and more. Above him is a black sky but in the distance it lights up. A troublesome situation has now come to an end. It can only get better from here. He has paid off his karma.
In classic Rider Waite Smith tarot decks, the Nine of Swords shows someone sitting up in bed with their hands over their face. The person has difficulty sleeping. Next to it are nine threatening swords. But on the cover there are red roses, which shows a soon mature process (next card Ten in Swords). This is one of the cards in the Tarot deck that describes anxiety. It speaks of someone who lacks inner peace. Someone who is tormented by guilt, shame, worry. The thoughts terrorize. On the bed is a scene carved of a person lying down and being attacked by an attacker. You feel at a disadvantage. You think and think about something you have done or should do, about something someone else has done or should have done. You feel guilty about how you behaved. All this overmental energy speaks of an overactive Crown Chakra.

In classic Rider Waite Smith tarot decks, the Seven of Swords shows a man with five swords in his arms. Two swords are stuck in the sand behind him. He looks over his shoulder, but on the other side behind him is a group of people in the distance who could very well see what he is doing. The man belongs to the scene but does not seem to be loyal. Behind are several colorful tents in a temporary community, perhaps on a war field. The man holds the edge of the sword with his bare hands. Which would be impossible in real life. So there is something unlikely about the energy here. The card speaks of someone who has a plan, someone who steals, sneaks, strategizes to implement an idea. The character has a blocked Throat Chakra (untruth). The card tells that his plan will not work, which is seen in the next card, Eight of Swords.
In classic Rider Waite Smith tarot decks, Six of Swords shows a boat with a woman and a child. A man rows the boat across the water for them. The card represents the will to save oneself and one's life for something better. There is no packing in the boat, they have left everything to get to the other side. The woman in the boat is clearly empty and depressed. She has shut herself down and has a Heart Wall. In her heart wall she stores all sorrows, closes, disappointments, loneliness, shame and despair. This cannot last much longer as she would perish. In the next card, Seven of Swords, we see how this character takes the collar in an unexpected way!
